Very well furnished and spotlessly clean rooms. Each room has a private terrace with outdoor furniture. Comfortable seating areas are provided both inside the room and on the private terrace. A refrigerator is available in the room. Beds are extremely comfortable and even adjustable. Soft, plush bathrobes. :)
Delicious breakfasts served in a cozy breakfast room, providing privacy for each room. Great variety of bread, buns, all perfectly fresh, with excellent homemade cakes from the owner.
Private parking space in front of the guesthouse.
Great location, a starting point for many beautiful hiking trails in the Bavarian Forest. In the town, there is a restaurant, supermarket, ATM, and a fantastic café/patisserie.
The owner is very kind and gave us excellent tips for trips.

The property was absolutely amazing it exceeded any expectations we had. The entire house was just beautiful and to an extremely high standard. We were so privileged. The hosts were wonderful and could not do enough for us. They provided a super breakfast at a time to suit us and it’s was so generous and of super quality. It was enough for lunch as well. The hosts are lovely genuine people which made our stay complete.
The area wow was wonderfully beautiful and so so much to see and do. The hosts helped us with many great ideas and suggestions. All round perfect holiday but wish we had booked a lot longer. We WILL be returning soon.

It is a quiet place in a pleasant village, perfect to have some rest. Our room was renovated - I think pictures should be updated, as it looked much better than on Booking.
We were the only guests, but the breakfast was still big and we loved it.
The nearest restaurant is 2km away in Mauth, for us it was not a problem.
Spacious, modern, comfortable and extremely well-equipped room, including coffee and tea maker, both a shower and a bathtub, a patio, a fridge, free food items etc.; very nicely varied breakfast options. Quiet and relaxing. Friendly hosts. Mauth is very close to the national park.
