We had our dog with us: she was made to feel very welcome (blanket and cookies on arrival). The hotel had made provisions for dining with her (we used the lovely bar area). We only stayed one night but would definitely recommend the hotel: breakfast was good, a bar menu was small but excellent and the location perfect for walking and exercising dogs. The staff we met were friendly and the check in/out procedures hassle free.

It was almost perfect. Couple of little things to get right then it would be perfect!When we stepped in it was so clean and calm and impressive, like a fabulous hotel room. Amazing shower, very comfortable bed..Great location.

The hotel was clean and tidy, the room was perfect and the beds were very comfortable. We liked the kitchen area, very useful. Breakfast was good too.
We arrived after the reception had closed. We had informed them earlier, they kindly left our access card out for us to get in. There is a lot of info. in the room. There is a campsite which has restaurants and a bistro. We took a walk to the Bistro, they were able to give us something to eat and drink. It's a lovely area, perfect for a holiday. Unfortunately, ours was just an overnight stop.
The room was very clean and of a suitable size. Properly equipped kitchen area. Coffee and tea making utensils are a nice addition. Checking in was easy. There were nice restaurants nearby. There were parking spaces for hotel residents in the backyard. I recommend.

Finding reception not straightforward but resort clean and attractive. It felt a little 'tired' and in need of an update. Stunning sea views. Restaurant only average but pizzeria closed. Good for families I imagine but quite expensive under the circumstances.

Burg-Klause is a hotel with class in itself!
wonderful place of comfort, super cleanliness, excellent service. The restaurant serves exquisite dishes in a pleasant atmosphere. One of the best breakfasts - for example: scrambled eggs are available on request, the chef prepares it à la minute. Guarded parking lot. We absolutely recommend & give our highest positive recommendations.

The hotel was in a perfect place near the ferry from Germany to Denmark as we were travelling from the U.K. to Sweden.
Breakfast was varied and plentiful, our evening meal in the bar of soup, curry & a cold platter was lovely. The room was clean, comfortable and our dog was made very welcome with a dog bed & treats in the room.
There are several good dog walks through woodland to the beach from the hotel.
We will stay here again when we make the journey again.
The location which is in the town centre. Shops and restaurants are around. You can park your car behind the hotel. We did the mistake to park it in one of the parking lots where you had to pay. Probably didn't notice it when we did the booking.
