Remarkable architecture. To stay in a repurposed hacienda that was founded in 1529 is a very special experience. Perfectly manicured gardens, incredible vegetation and pool area. The size of our room and the view towards garden and pool area was very nice. Friendly staff, the bell boy was very knowledgeable and gave us a tour of the premises. He shared very valuable information about the history and the facilities. Our restaurant servers Dante and Alberto ( he was worked there for 14 years ) were very professional and friendly.

architecture of the hotel is unique, very clean, staff is very helfpul and professional, parking available for car, security at entrance gate of the hotel. 'My kids really enjoyed the pool area, it s very big, and has all levels for non-swimmer, 1.80,, 2,20 and up to 3 m deep. Great service of food and drinks at the pool. A little funky, but a great hotel. It’s terraced up a hill so there are lots of levels & stairs, but staff helps with your bags. Staff overall was absolutely lovely. The rooms were big & clean, beds were super comfortable & the amenities were nice. Great view of lake, and the breakfast was FANTASTIC. Felt safe & the AC worked very well. Great pool too!
Laura and Hugo are very kind and accommodating. It was a pleasure conversing with them. Being able to take a dip in the pool or in the lake was amazing. The AC was definitely an important perk while it was 40 degrees Celcius.
The place is very beautiful and surprisingly large. We had a standard room with plenty of space and our only "discomfort" was that the room was quite warm at night, other than that we were very happy with everything else!
