I really liked that the hotel is located downtown rather than in the hotel zone, though it's still close enough to easily get there if you want. The apartment is spacious and very clean. The view from the balcony was incredible—definitely a highlight. Plus, the direct access to the "Las Americas" shopping mall was super convenient, with a supermarket and plenty of dining options to choose from. I would stay here again.

The great locations the sea front. It was windy during my stay so I didn’t swim in the sea but wish I had. Had a suite which was almost too big for one person.The staff were friendly. Breakfast was fine.

Very clean and big apartment, free water refill in the reception. Restaurant on site was very good, had great cocktails and burritos, great view of the sunset. They have a big pool, looked very clean, the, were taking great care of the nature and facilities daily. There was plenty of free parking in front of the apartment. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, store is close and a few other restaurants, for the rest we drove (had a car). They had daily cleaning, offered free beach towels, hairdryer is at the front desk. We also did our laundry for a good price. The best part is very kind and helpful staff at the reception and also in the restaurant (thank you Ramiro and Gonzales).

Dirty ,no finished flooring, no amenities , no cream or milk for coffee or Tea .
Price high for what they offered.
This was a bad choice ,the area was bad ,nothing around there, no where for Breakfast , very long way to Bus Station.

First time to Mexico and positively surprised how well traffic and functions like payments worked. Servie level was also good. Prices felt ok except for imported groceries and especially wine. Golf was on the expensive side. Enjoyed driving in the hotelzone, city and around Yucatan

We had such a fantastic time in Cancun, and honestly, we...
We had such a fantastic time in Cancun, and honestly, we should have stayed at least one more day! The weather was perfect throughout our stay, with temperatures between 80-85°F. There were occasional clouds, but plenty of sunshine, and the rain only came in the late afternoon while we were on the tour bus, so it didn’t interfere with any of our plans.
Our trip was packed with exciting activities! We went snorkeling in Isla Mujeres, visited the awe-inspiring Chichen Itza, swam in a cenote, sampled delicious local treats, and even had a blast ziplining and watersliding at Xplor Park. Every tour was an absolute highlight, and we thoroughly enjoyed each adventure.
I would highly recommend these activities to any family traveling with teenage kids. Cancun truly delivered an unforgettable experience, and we can’t wait to return!

Cancun is a beautiful city in Mexico, full of culture and and experiences. The people were welcoming and very friendly. I felt safe amongst the people. If you visit Cancun, you can take advantage of the ferry to travel to the surrounding islands, inexpensive and you can add more bang for your buck.

We stayed at resort entirely. Cancun seems to be large, very built up and glitzy; not my style generally. But good place to take children or if you love nightlife and such. For example, there was an interactive aquarium we were going to visit with the kids and a water park.

The hotel is conveniently located at 10 minutes taxi from Puerto Juarez and 20 minutes taxi from Cancun airport.
The rooms are comfortable and clean, although a bit outdated and with signs of time. Our room had quite bad lighting and a very noise air conditioning engine just outside the window.
There were some build works (well advertised) going on during our stay, so, hopefully, some improvements are on the way..
Nevertheless, a good location for the last night prior to flying back.
1. The location is quite close to Cancun airport and the hotel provides pre-booked free shuttle bus between it and the terminals every half hour.
2. The swimming pool is heated but not clean enough. No one clean the leaves dropped in it.
3. There are swings and sofas next to the round-shaped pool which is a good place to kill time.
Very nice hotel to stay in Cancun's hotel zone. I especially enjoyed the vibe and clientele, which seemed to be local (Mexican) than American or other places. Family oriented, less crazy partying, which was also nice. Elegant, simple but plenty luxurious.
Good hotel if you have a early morning flight from Cancun Airport. The hotel has free shuttle service every 30 min. Standard of the hotel was good, the public areas were very clean and with every amenities you need.
A great hotel with lots of facilities and the location on the beach is incredible. We only stayed for 1 night after landing in Cancun Airport and it was a great place to wake up.
