The proximity to the train station and the secure parking was important for us.
The suite itself was very comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed.
The staff were very friendly and efficient, even very promptly there when we needed help with the TV.
Having a washer and dryer was a bonus.
The balcony would be lovely in warm weather.

Nice enough but like most things at the moment, seriously overpriced for the standard of room you are receiving. Basic room, no mini bar, ironing facilities, microwaves, tea or coffee making equipment etc.
Option to have you’re room made up every day which is nice, but aside from this we paid just under $1,000 for a 5 day stay and the room was clean and tidy but did not offer anything memorable to speak of and I’d not be quick to recommend it over any other.

great service, nice room, close to shopping and restaurants.
great service, nice room, close to shopping and restaurants. very nice little cafe's inside the foyer and next door.
only downside is the lack of signage firstly to find the front entrance, and secondly to find the access lane to get into the parking bay.

Penrith is a wonderful getaway from the hustle and bustle of Sydney CBD. Life in Western Sydney is a breath of fresh air. Things are a little less stressful and more relaxing. You can slow down here and enjoy quality time with the family and catch up with friends. There are plenty of the amenities of city comforts: restaurants, shopping, amusement places, indoor and outdoor activities. There are also the wide open green spaces, the beautiful Blue Mountains close by and the Great Nepean River. These are places where you can enjoy picnics, leisurely walks (or run, but who wants to rush?) and just enjoy the beautiful scenery whether it be the river, the parks or the mountains.

Penrith is a standard suburb like many others.
Penrith is a standard suburb like many others. I found every person was friendly and helpful when I asked questions or needed help. We didn't have a vehicle this time and public transport was awful but probably not an issue if right in the city centre. The bus timetables weren't always accurate so I ended up walking literally everywhere which wasn't always easy with traffic and some sides of the street didn't have pathway. The Nepean River park and walkway is pretty and quiet. As you get to the Blue Mountains end of the suburb it's a lovely view.

I llived in Penrith area (1945-1957), went to Penrith Highschool (1947-1950) and worked in Penrith until 1957. I have passed through Penrith, stopping briefly since then. Canoeing on and swimming in the river and fishing had been favourite passtimes, so this location was special for me and the river from the Nepean Belle was a new view compared with the view from a canoe.

Wonderful.
Wonderful. Excellent shopping without the hussle & bussle of the bigger suburbs. We stayed at the apartments on Colless Street and they were beautiful. We dined at the panthers club witch was amazing! Large portions, value for money and the best pizza I’ve ever tasted.
Breakfast was great, I paid for breakfast ontop of the room and wasn’t informed it was only for the buffet breakfast so ordered to the room but the staff was nice enough to wipe the bull as they didn’t explain that it was for the buffet
I’ll definitely book again another time me and my partner loved the room and facilities near by
The shower was one of my main excitements as it had a huge rain head on the roof that you could switch in between just a normal shower head also
Very comfortable and nice staff
Good work Pullman Penrith
The hotel is new and well appointed. The staff were excellent. Polite, friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to an executive balcony studio.
The rooms are a good size and well appointed with a microwave and cutlery and crockery. The bathroom is large and perfect for travellers with plenty of towel rails and hooks for clothes. There is very secure basement parking.
The hotel is on a shabby street near the hospital but feels safe.
There are cafes, restaurants etc nearby.
It is an ideal place for a longer stay.
An amazing hotel. The room was fantastic, had all the amenities one could ask for. The hotel staff were always extremely hospitable and friendly maintaining a professional and understanding attitude even though sometimes I’d collect the new key at the 11th hour. The hotel was alway clean, the housekeeping staff polite and respectful. Over all my extended stay at QUEST Penrith was memorable and highly enjoyable 10/10
Easy check-in. Good location for the places we were going. Was concerned about hotel being open to 4am but no noise from hotel on a Monday night. I would stay again
