The new owners had just refreshed the rooms and were done in a retro style, very comfortable and suited us not just for convenience of location as we visited Adelaide for a wedding in Lyndoch, but for access to the Barossa valley and the wineries/distilleries in the area.

Lovely place to stay and explore the area.
Lovely place to stay and explore the area. We were there specifically to visit Maggie Beer Farm shop, it was a birthday gift to me. An amazingly beautiful serene place to visit. Went to the local pub for a meal, excellent food and very large serves.

Lyndoch is a great little town with lots to see and do. A trip to the tourist information centre is a must before you begin.
The staff at the place I was staying, were most helpful and informative. They were able to assist in providing information about special deals at places to see while I was visiting. Two for one lunch meals, drink specials, days tours of wineries and the list goes on. Helped me to save so I could do and see more.
Lyndoch is a great place and I highly recommend to stay when touring the Barossa of South Australia.

The hotel was clean and while it wasn’t luxurious, it had everything one needs for overnight stays. We only had to walk a dozen steps to get into the dining room/bar. Nice and quiet and good value for money

This property is almost impossible to be found when you arrive late at night in the pitch dark. The signs are dark and are unable to be seen from the road. The accommodation was unclean and looked nothing like the advertised pictures.
We would not suggest this property to anyone.

The food supplied for breakfast was outstanding. All from the farm or local produce. The wine was great!! The accommodations was clean and spacious with everything you needed. It was great to watch the cows being milked and the pigs being fed or just going for a stroll around the farm. Michael & his team were great hosts. It is a very peaceful place to stay.
Great accommodation for a group with good beds and bathrooms for each couple. Kitchen was well equipped and dining room and lounge accommodated everyone. Beds comfortable, showers strong (with fans and heaters) and split systems in each area for individual needs.
Lyndoch motel is such a good stay in the perfect location for exploring the Barossa. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and the staff were absolutely wonderful.
It’s location for us as a family was perfect. Our son played sport in Lyndoch and we took the opportunity to explore local wineries and points of interest.
