Good location, can walk anywhere in town. Nice staff. Beautiful area with lots of palms and nice pool area. Room had Fridge, Microwaver and Toaster so basic meal prep was possible. Aircon old but worked alright, room did not get too hot although we had one 40°C day. Overall a decent budget friendly option.

Brilliant family holiday for all ages and over seas visitors. Great place to see the real Australia. The beaches gorges were amazing Wildlife on your doorstep or even in your your backyard sometimes. The river adds another level. The cruise was a must do.

Great swimming beaches close by. Chinaman's and Blue Holes.

Great swimming beaches close by. Chinaman's and Blue Holes. If you are interested in visiting the Skywalk or Nature's Window, you should go very early in summer otherwise it won't be comfortable. Definately worth a visit. We also did the Kalbarri Rock lobster Pot Pull Tour. It was very informative and the lobster was delicious. Pelican Cafe, Milky Way Ice Creamery and The Bluff (Red Bluff Bakery cafe) were all excellent.

    Although hot.

Although hot. The views and the park areas were breath taking. My advice would be do the park run early as it does get really hot. Worth it and two days was ample time but the area is so nice I could stay longer. The local pub was great for food and drinks. Always good to check the best time of year to do cruises and go then.

Liked the fact it was not the main tourist season so much...

Liked the fact it was not the main tourist season so much easier to get around to place through a bit disappointing that some eating establishments were closed at night. Ate at the Kalbarri Motor Hotel and meal was great and service very quick. Lots to see at Kalbarri from coastal gorges to the inland gorges as well as the river foreshore.

    Kalbarri is gorgeous.

Kalbarri is gorgeous. The magnificent coastline with fabulous lookouts and walking paths. The sunsets from Pot Alley were incredible. The Murchison river gorges were incredible and again the infrastructure is fabulous and all not far out of town. We also did the sunset boat cruise so saw the cliff from the ocean which was great.

It’s a small well run lodge and a great place to relax after a day spent exploring the wonderful Kalbarri National Park, with friendly owners/staff who make you feel welcome on arrival. There is a BBQ and outdoor eating area for those who want to use it and it’s walking distance to restaurants. We chose to eat out then relax in the lounge at the lodge with a port and chocolate before bed.

Beautiful place to stay either with kids or without. Close to everything and the pool being heated was a great bonus. Super clean, light and bright with a balinese vibe to it. We will definitely be booking this again when we venture to Kalbarri again!
