The rooms were welcoming, tastefully decorated, and the kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated having bedside lighting. The baking on arrival was a nice touch. It was good to have a garden space with table to enjoy meals outside, and a good sized TV to watch tennis! We enjoyed meeting the resident friendly cat (Harry) and our host Penny was always helpful and quick to respond.

The location of the hotel was fabulous 👌, an east walk to the waterfront with bars and restaurants along the way. Of course, there is a bar and restaurant on site, but we wanted to see the sights.
