we had dinner in the hotel on the first night and Karl went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and we had everything we needed. the first thing we said after he left our table was he really loves his job.. he was so talkaive, smiley and cheerful!! he’s a great hit for your hotel!! keep up the hard work
We arrived at 3.00 am, but the receptionist, who was aware that our flight had been delayed was very welcoming. No problem at all. Beautiful, well appointed room, with excellent facilities. Although next to the motorway, the hotel is extremely quiet. The car park is immediately in front of the hotel, so easy access for travellers with luggage. An extensive breakfast is served in the ground floor dining room.
The hotel was fantastic and spotless , the finish to the rooms is beautiful and the quality of linen and towels were fantastic , beds were very comfortable and great quality , bathroom nice size and the shower was excellent , all round a great hotel
