Nice town. Not spectacular, but worth of visit. Save 2 days for it. Even 3-4 wouldn't be too much, but if you have only one day it is also ok - you will manage to see the most important sites.
Go to the tourist info office. They have a nice booklet, that is of a great help to organise your visit.

Toulouse is a rare gem - it has much to offer without being too crowded or too big. You can reach the following on foot: nice museums, churches, an opera and three covered markets. Tram T1 will take you to Aeroscpoia where you can see two Concordes and a beautiful A380. A walk down the Canal du Midi is a must.
If you get hungry, no worries: You’d need a year to get to all the restaurants. My favourite: Atelieur du Pêcheur near the Pont Neuf.

An incredibly beautiful city with way too much to offer! History, architecture, food, the river, just an amazingly beautiful city. It was great to see so much renovation going on and improvements being made. Very easy to navigate. Spoilt for choice ref restuarants!

Surprisingly so much to do and see in this town. Great town for walking and even if you do take the Metro, it's fast and easy.
So many good places to eat. There were things I didn't even get to see because I was having such a good time wandering.
Easy to get to all the lovely towns around the area via train or car.
Location central train,city centre, Lidl and Carrefour very near.Restaurants and cafes to choose from. We took the bus from airport and got off at La Gare and it was a 5 minute walk .Apartment felt very secure and Reme our host was very responsive on what’s app and with genuine care for our well being.
The room was spacious and warm, the bed was very comfortable.
Everything was clean and tidy.
The hotel is opposite the Gare Matabiau which was very convenient as we arrived by train.
Breakfast buffet had a good variety of items.
The hotel booked the taxi to the airport for the next morning for us.
Family trip of 5. We stayed overnight between flight connections.
Hotel is located next to tram station, making very conveniente to go to the airport and to the city centre.
