The property is very well located, at walking distance from the ski lift. There is a lot of equipment in the chalet, e.g. to store ski equipment, to cook such as gourmet, raclette, ..... It is large enough up to 8 adults. The chalet is especially interesting for family with kids: there are games and many comics. The landlord and concierge are very helpful.
Boasting pool views, Chalet Esprit provides accommodation with pool with a view, a garden and barbecue facilities, around 36 km from Rochexpo.

The owners were mostly friendly. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were warm. The location was good for the free ski bus that takes you to the Vercland lift. The breakfast was OK but very basic. We asked for pastries for the children and these were supplied from halfway through.
Morillon 1100 Skis aux pieds is situated in Morillon. The property features quiet street views. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Rochexpo is 40 km away.

An amazing family oriented resort - so many activities for children both young & older around the lake and loads of bike runs for all abilities. Good access to trains in Cluses, 15mins by car. The village is attractive and has the most delicious bakery! Friendly and helpful tourist office.

We love Morrillon, but it seems to have become less popular and a little run down. There were no places open for food in the evening at all, which was very disappointing, Really just the pub open, but even then, very few drinkers - and this is mid season. The whole place felt completely dead after 5pm. However, they had done a very good job in keeping the slopes open as there was no naturl snow below 1500m It is still good skiing. Tip: use Sport 200 for your ski equipment.

Morillon and the surrounding villages are beautiful and peaceful places to visit for being in nature and enjoying fresh mountain air. I would not recommend trying to eat out or have a drink in one of the restaurants, as it can be a frustrating experience. They seem to have only a few open, and most were already full at 7:30, or were closed mid-week when we were there. Even ordering a pizza for takeaway was nearly impossible, as it had an hour long ETA. Best bet is to book a self-catering place to stay so you can cook a hot meal for yourselves. The Super U in nearby Taninges is a good place to shop.

I sent a complaint to Residence Odaly in Paris about our experience with their safety procedures (concerning a water leakage during the night). But I still haven’t heard from them. I find their safety procedures very critical and I will never recommend this accommodation to anyone before I have been reassured about their new safety procedures. I absolutely need an excuse and a serious compensation for our bad experience.

Pleasant little town, with everything in easy reach - gondola, grocery, pharmacy, supermarket (on main road to Samoens). There's a lovely blue lake where we took pizza and wine for dinner. Next to this is a fantastic adventure trail amongst the trees - Boy (13) had a great couple of hours.

It was nice to find a 2 bedroom apartment for a good price. It was spacious, comfortable and a good location for the centre of Morillon. We'd use again if visiting Morillon.
There is a ski bus stop outside the apartment, or if you don't fancy walking approximately half a mile to the ski lift, take the car. We quite liked parking at Samoens.
This is a lovely chambre d'hote, very well run by Natalie, very close to main lift out of Morillon and ski rental.
Excellent breakfast with boiled eggs and cereals.
Very good evening meals, all those we had (4 nights) were Savoyard specialities, so good, tasty, robust food, just right after a day's skiing
Such a charming hotel in a gorgeous location with lovely facilities and staff. The room was a tad small but we were only staying 1 night so no issue. Breakfast felt a little overpriced as there wasn't much to choose from, but overall we still had a wonderful stay. Merci!
As it was the end of season, the apartment was good value. Basic but comfortable and clean, it had decent beds, good showers, and everything we needed to make simple meals. Staff were welcoming. Pool is nice.
Morillon is a little place - everything you need is close.
