I stayed here whilst walking the Via Francigena. It’s a proper authentic auberge with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are fairly basic but the real glory of the place is its restaurant where I enjoyed a fantastic meal.

The warm and friendly welcome, the lovely homemade breakfast and the spacious comfortable rooms all made for a great stay in a beautiful house. The swimming pool was a huge bonus for the kids too. A perfect location for our trip to Nigloland the next day. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay, everyone was very kind and as we had an issue with the first room's bathroom we were promptly moved to a more suitable accommodation. The SPA is very small but cosy and private, and the restaurant serves absolutely amazing food.

Pretty setting & river running through it but in late February it was deserted with no interesting places to walk or browse, or buy anything.
Nigloland closed, but would not have had any appeal for us anyway.
The most amazing family room we’ve ever stayed in! High ceilings and windows with electric shutters. Everyone was super comfy. August so pool lovely and the small walk around the hotel “parc” is a real treat with a glass of champagne in your hand.
The grounds are lovely with kids with lots to explore for little ones and we saw some older kids paddling in the rivulet that runs under property. Very scenic.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great for travelling up through France, in a lovely village and the hotel itself is just lovely. Old windmill mechanisms to see, lovely garden (kids playground). Restaurant food was good and local champagne was a must. The room was really clean, great water pressure in a refurbed bathroom and slept so well in a very comfy bed!
We've stayed here a few times over the years and it is always perfect for us. Everyone is friendly and helpful, the food is excellent, lovely spacious bedroom and bathroom. A large garden in which our dog can have a goid run. Not too far from the motorway. The hotel is very quiet. A bonus is the tea and coffee facilities in our room which you don't often get in France.
My favourite hotel to stay travelling in champagne - lovely location in a small village, excellent dinner and good breakfast choice. Clean, comfortable room with balcony overlooking the gardens and mill stream.
Better than Disney as a more relaxed atmosphere, less busy in the hotel and resort even in late July during the school holidays. Food at the hotel was so much better than other park resorts.
