Good enough location. On the far side of the river from the main town, but only a short walk across the bridge and into the sights of the town. Several restaurants along the river front once over the bridge.
Supermarket a few minutes walk away, near the bridge, with a decent stock of supplies. Good view across the river from the room. Host was friendly and pleasant. Off street parking, which always gets bonus points from me, but the tree i parked under, dripped sap on the bike. Easy enough to wash off when i got home though. Just don't park at the far end of the top driveway.
Breakfast was basic, but included in the price, so you get what you pay for i guess.
