Good ski domain and easy access to the slopes.
Good ski domain and easy access to the slopes.
Well managed ski slopes and helpful welcoming people all around.
The only issue is the noisy nature of the town with a lot of drunk people shouting at night.
The smell of joints is also very common everywhere, including on the chair lifts, almost as common as in Amsterdam before the change of rules. This should be better managed as I had not noticed this when I came 8 years ago.
Shopping is limited if you don’t want cigarettes, alcohol, make up. A lot less options than a few years ago.
Found lots of good restaurants with a wide variety of food options at reasonable value. Overall, a good base for skiing but with compromises.

Very busy town. Duty free shopping paradise.
Very busy town. Duty free shopping paradise. Many shops and supermarkets. No free parking. We were lucky to be able to park outside hotel but cost €10 per day from 9am till 8pm (by machine which only accepts coins). Least favourite town in Andorra that we visited. Otherwise beautiful country.

Great resort, intermediate skiing but plenty of variety.
Great resort, intermediate skiing but plenty of variety. Lifts could be faster and more modern but it’s not really an issue.
Resort is great, everything is good value, large selection of good restaurants and bars.
Tax free alcohol, perfumes etc, shops had some really good discounted goods.
Resort is compact and easy to navigate

Lots of restaurants and shops.
Lots of restaurants and shops. Make a note that your data roaming isn’t included as you need zone 3. We don’t ski as we were looking for next year, but everything we saw was good. Lots of parking but you have to pay between 8am and 8pm. The resort of course is on a hill so not good for anyone with disability issues.

I have flown from Canada to ski and El Pas de La Casa for 9 years now. It has everything you would want in a ski hill. Lots of runs of various levels, and the ability to traverse from Mountain to Mountain. Everything is reasonably priced including lift passes, restaurants, beverages, & accommodation. It has great apres ski at the top of the hill at the end of the day and fabulous nightlife in town. It's everything you could look for in a ski vacation!

Quite tricky locating reception which is a couple of floors below the hotel's entrance. The receptionist was extremely helpful, explaining how the car parking situation worked. We arrived on a Sunday evening which is an incredibly busy time with visitors from France stocking up on cheap drink and tobacco etc. The room wasn't big but they managed to include a spa bath in the bathroom.
Breakfast was particularly good value and the dining room staff really friendly.
Perfect location and easy drive to near by lifts. Clean hotel with new facilities. Cheapest ski rental in the area and you get lockers for free. really cost effective and great experience. Even the bar was nicely done with great staff helping around.
Well equipped apartment, exactly as described. Very clean and close to all amenities (ski lift, restaurants, bars, ski hire, supermarkets). The host organized ski passes for us and recommended ski hire locally.
Hotel was superb for the reasonable price. Resort has lots of bars and restaurants, good variety and reasonable prices. Large skiing area with good mix of runs.
