I appreciated the comfortable bed & spacious room on the 7th floor. Also enjoyed the view from the elevators & found them always available when I needed them. Staff at the front desk were helpful & the shuttle bus service excellent. Also liked the separate saunas for males & females that were available every evening for about five hours.

The staff at the reception was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary sauna got me over the pain of having to say goodbye to Finland. Also the shuttle bus to the airport is punctual and a good service.

All in all, adequate for a hostel but as hotels go this was overpriced and inadequate. Hygiene at breakfast questionable. As it was a quick overnight stay we coped could not have stayed longer. Simple light switches may also be an improvement, why do they have to be so tricky?

Make SURE you complete ALL of the pre-arrival details after booking. You need to register a copy of your passport and a facial photo in order to get the code for entry.
There is VERY little in the area around the facility. It's on a major road in an industrial area -- all supporting airport operations. However, there IS a golden nugget. A 5-minute walk will find you at a cafe run by a nice guy from Iraq. They have a buffet but you can also get food to go. It's very nice and very fairly priced. Look up "The First Ravintola"

Great location near the airport for an overnight stay. Nothing fancy but reasonable. Price was fair. Dinner in the Bistro was OK, steak was good but expensive, as expected in a hotel. I found it concerning that glass, glasses were in the bathroom with a tile floor and marble countertops. One slip and it could be a dangerous mess. They were just sitting on the counter, clean but not wrapped in any sustainable, sanitary packaging. Reusable - Yes but Best Choice - not sure. Don't miss breakfast. Huge selection of great foods. One of my best meals in Finland.

Great location as it's right at the airport. They have signs to direct you to the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Stanley is the best! The breakfast is very good with something for everyone. The rooms are clean and it's nice to have a bathtub and separate shower. The pillows were nice and fluffy. It was super quiet and you can't hear any planes. There's always a taxi outside the hotel to go into Helsinki, or the train is right at the airport.
The hotel is very convenient if arriving into Helsinki airport late or leaving early morning, my situation. The curtesy bus is convenient although not well marked (not at all) within the airport itself.
The staff were friendly both at check-in and in the restaurant.
The location is walking distance from Helsinki Vantaa airport. The rooms and common area were neat and clean. It is a good option to stay overnight to catch an early morning flight. Food delivery apps provide service to the address.
