The X Alp is a great hotel to use for the Val di Fassa area. The location is great due to the ski lift virtually in the car park and a walk into Pozza for more shops etc takes only 10-15mins. There are a few smaller shops, bars, restaurants in Pera itself only a couple of minutes away. Canazei is about 10 mins by bus or car.
All the staff I met at the hotel were great, the 4 waiting staff in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner were superb and were very efficient and professional, the guy that runs the bar made me feel at home and provided a great selection of treats to go with drinks ordered and the reception staff were also very helpful and efficient.
There is a very comfortable bar and sitting area in the hotel with nice views to the mountains, also a good outdoor seating area with comfy chairs and blankets. Ski room is good with boot heaters, locker and easy access to car park. The walk from the ski room to the small Ciampedie area ski lift is about 100 steps.
Breakfast at the hotel was great, well above the average and had hot options as well as the usual continental.
Dinner in the 4U Bistro (I paid for HB) was really nice and included 4 courses. The desserts were especially good. I always felt very full after the evening meal! Drinks are reasonably priced in the restaurant and bar.
Really nice stay at the X Alp, I would definitely look at staying there again next time I’m in the Dolomites.

enchanting place, from this position it is possible to reach many other beautiful locations and services for the various winter skiing activities in a short time. Our stay at the GH hotel Piaz was very pleasant and relaxing. The staff is friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

What an amazing trip we had.
What an amazing trip we had. Everyone made us feel like family from the moment we checked in up until we checked out. Colin, Joana, Florenz, house cleaning, dining staff, bar tender, pool staff, and the DJ were amazing and always smiling. Breakfast - everything was wonderful. We had Christmas Eve and Christmas dinner and both were mouth watering delicious. Our niece was allergic to nuts which was a concern for us but Joana and the dining staff were exceptional in ensuring there were no nuts in her food and explaining what she could have from the breakfast bar.
Oh, we did the wine tasting which was very cozy, meat and cheese delicious, and the wine was exceptional. Joana did a wonderful job explaining the flavors and what meat/cheese paired with the wine.
The hotel was clean, very warm and inviting, and the food was fabulous. This was such a memorable trip, thank you to everyone at Hotel Trento. We are already planning our return trip, see you next time.

Excellent hotel in the Fossa Valley. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Great continental breakfast selection - can't go wrong with natural honeycomb. Evening meal was excellent.
Located next to Vajolet lift which is perfect start and finish for a day hiking in the mountains.
Very nice, clean and comfortable family hotel. People are very helpful and very kind. Wellness is perfect and the breakdast and afternoon snack is delicious. I love their homemade food. Ski bus stop in front of the hotel.
