Very, very pleasant, welcoming and friendly staff. Very easy check-in procedure. We took the option (at 20 Euro for two people) to have breakfast, and it was an excellent spread - a choice of many dolce (sweet) and many salato (savoury) were available, along with juice, and a BONUS - the staff made your hot drink and brought it to the table. We very appreciated towards the end of our breakfast that staff checked if there was anything else we could get them. The bed was very comfortable and with lovely clean linen. Excellent shower with plenty of hot water. Wonderful grounds to relax in outside.

a very good stopover,or even longer if needed,good location for centre,10min walk to bars,cafes,shops etc.,supermarket 5 min walk from hotel.,pleasant and caring staff,parking at rear of hotel,a bit tight for cars but motorcycle was no problem,be there early for a place to park.good sized rooms,good wi-fi,very good breakfast,would stay again,no problem

From the very friendly welcome to the handshakes as we left it was a great stay. The room was large and the balcony could have held 30 people at least. The views were stunning as well.
Dinner was excellent , nothing fancy pizza being prepared in full view on one side of the kitchen and the remaining dishes on the menu on the other.
The night was quite and we slept without interruption. Breakfast can be taken in the room or back in the restaurant. The lady spoke I’m not sure how many languages and talked to everyone in their own language while we helped ourselves to the large buffet . We were sorry to be leaving that morning . What a place what a team running it.

The location was amazing just across from the beach with access to Flamingo beach club. The hotel was spotless and of a very high standard. The breakfast was exceptional and staff so helpful especially Filippo and Cristiano who helped us with local advice and places to visit and were so friendly .

The whole hotel gave off a lovely clean, fresh vibe with amazing reception. Felt welcomed and relaxed as soon as we arrived.
Room was large, good bed and bathroom. Breakfast was amazing, with good variety, and the breakfast staff excellent..
The location is perfect, a few metres from the beach and a few roads from the shops and restaurateurs. We used the private parking provided for a nominal cost, which was a bonus.
Can't say enough about the two staff on reception. So helpful with greetings, information, helping us print some documents and both spoke excellent English which helped us alot. Nothing was too much trouble.
Would be my first choice if we visited again.

A pleasant seaside with long stretches of beaches and cycle paths all the way along. Lots of bars and restaurants. Not a bad base as there are several small old towns within a short driving distance. Numana and Sirolo, half hour away by car, are slightly more upmarket seaside towns I'd say.

Nice town adjacent to pebble/gravel beach heavily populated by private sections/restaurants. Some of these restaurants are very good and those in town equally good or better with a smaller cost factor. Car parking often free. Easy to access just off A14. Great market. Lots for tourists adjacent.
