Everything about this hotel was perfect. Amazing view, helpful staff, and perfect location for exploring Molveno and the Dolomites.
Some reviews talk about how "dated" the hotel is, but I think the decor adds to the charm! I think anything more modern wouldn't fit in with the surroundings. I love it as is.

The hotel's location was perfect - up the mountain away from busy Molveno, but within easy reach of the town and lake (via the Gondala) and walks/mountain bike routes. The service of the owners, the location and proximity to the lake and mountain paths, the extreme cleanness of the rooms! We had a room that looked like it was new, the bathroom was amazing and the beds had nice white bedding. The view was unimaginable. The location of the hotel was só nice that we did not use the car all week.

We visited Molveno in April, low season. The village exceeded our expectations especially since it had recently snowed and the surrounding mountains were covered in snow. Lake Molveno is spectacular especially when viewed from the mountain tops. A cable car takes you to snow covered mountain tops with breathtaking views of the surrounding area.

Molveno was picturesque, and a great location to access hikes and mountain biking trails. We visited end of September and had the best weather anyone could ask for. Great for an active family holiday.

Lovely little town with great hiking around in the area including good hikes from the town itself. A nice grassy beach area for swimming and boating. A great location for a few days to experience the Dolomiti

Probably the most beautiful town we have ever visited.
Probably the most beautiful town we have ever visited. Easy to walk everywhere with pavements, very clean, flowers in the entire town. The Funivie Molveno lift is a must as on a clear day you get beautiful views of the lake from the Pradel mountain top as well as an interesting 2 hour hike around Sciury Park. Best hotel to stay at is Du Lac, everything was truly genuine and perfect. For Pizza and beer we recommend Taverna La Botte. We stayed for 2 nights but there are enough outdoor activities and nearby villages to keep you busy for a week. 100% recommended!

Molveno is a stunning village with a beautiful lake and mountains. Perfect for walking throug the village and hiking by the lake or in the mountains. You can`t have enough of the beauty, calmness and fresh air of this village.

Honestly the best place we could have stayed! Hotel and pool was beautiful and clean, food was incredible and staff were so accommodating for us (late check in and early breakfast arranged with ease). They also recommended a guide for hiking and he was also incredible. Really could not recommend enough.
The hotel is in a perfect location; just exactly against the lake and 5 minutes walking to the lake.
