We loved everything about the place (the location, the room, the shared spaces and facilities) but the highlight was really Joelle. From the very beginning she was extremely welcoming, she sent us lots of tips before we arrived and when we got there she helped us several times with restaurant bookings and recommendations, she even drove us to our ferry when we left. A small town, more like a village, there are not many...
A small town, more like a village, there are not many options for restaurants or supermarkets, no nightlife. But an excellent point to explore the island. It has a small beach but very beautiful. Thr Island Marie Galante is wonderful, many beautiful beaches with very little people.

The location was very convenient for taking the ferry. It was also close to places to rent a scooter. Although the staff at the hotel and the bar/restaurant downstairs spoke no English and we spoke no French, they were friendly and tried hard to understand us and be helpful. The room was comfortable and clean.
