Everything was great. The staff was so helpful and nice. The food was of the highest quality and with local sourcing. The cocktails were made with care and attention. The room was comfortable, clean , with airconditioning and the view was amazing. Well worth the price. Also the facilities are great, with very professional and pleasant massages.

Great apartment in a very quiet location. Even when it's very hot in the valley in summer, Fai della Paganella, at around 1000 m above sea level, is still bearable. There's a football pitch and a playground with a table tennis table within walking distance. It was great for my son. The apartment is very comfortable and clean with lots of space. The furnishings impress with stylish simplicity. The apartment is relatively well equipped. There is even a washing machine. The shower is great and the beds are very comfortable. We slept very well.

The staff of the hotel, and especially of the dining room(!!!), were excellent. Very nice, help with everything. We requested in advance and received VEGAN products for my wife.
It was not listed that there is an option for lunch and dinner at the hotel, for an additional fee. We ate dinner on the 3 nights we were at the hotel and it was excellent. Delicious and varied food at a really reasonable price, a 3-course dinner for 18 euros, I don't know if you can get it in a hotel these days.

If you don't mind the '90s-chic, this is a great place to stay. The people who are taking care of you are great and very welcoming. The Appartement is equipped with everything you need and more. You are close to the Paganella Bike Park, in walking distance to the groceries and restaurants and even though it is at the main road through Fai della Paganella, we had no trouble sleeping. If you wanna have a good time outdoors with friends and family and looking for a place to rest after hiking, cycling, swimming, skiing, this is your place.

Location was amazing. view into pure nature from the hotel, short walks all around the little village to restaurants and hiking paths
For an Italian Spa, it was really nice. There was a hot sauna, a steam and a wirlpool. Unfortunately no direct access outdoors, but it was a short walk through the hotel to relax in the sunbeds in the garden.
Spacious apartment for 7 people, very good location, close to everything we wanted to visit. Private parking. Spacious bathrooms. Large living room. Quiet area but in the centre of Fai della Paganella. Wonderful hosts who helped us with everything we needed. We would definitely repeat our stay.
Perfect for a family with very clean rooms, lots of space and beautiful views. Great location for those wanting to visit the Paganella childrens fun park or travel to Andalo each day. The owners were amazing and helped provide a buggy, a baby carrier and clear out snow for our car.
