We had high expectations and they exceeded them. Amazing place, a beautiful room with a stunning room, top level services, beautiful SPA and restaurants. All the personnel have been constantly great.

The building and interiors were beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious and included several home made items - yoghurt, jams etc. The couple who run the property were extremely welcoming and helpful and its location is great for exploring Umbria.

The location is very quiet and tranquil and I enjoyed having the suite to myself. The verandah was a delight with a table for dining and sun loungers. I had to force myself to leave the property and explore the area. My host left a box of goodies for breakfast and was very accommodating of my dietary preferences (vegan). She was so kind and welcoming and even gave me a lift to my next destination in the area. I heartily recommend Villa Magnolia for a peaceful, restful, and very comfortable stay. The shower is also amazing!!!

Beautifully presented rooms, lovely bathrooms, friendly staff, late checkin. Almost a fairytale feel to this hotel, and it's walking distance to the lake. Easy parking for my large van.

The service and staff were fantastic! The hotel and facilities were excellent. Cuisine was exceptional! We had dinner at Radici and Pagoda and found the cuisine, wine list, and service absolutely excellent. Also had breakfast each morning and again found the food and service excellent. We also used the spa and booked massage, facial, etc, and it was very good.

What a charming hotel at a beautiful landscape.
The spa is amazing. I had a very good massage . The room is nice and the bed is comfortable. The food at breakfast and at the restaurants at the hotel is delicious. I'm vegetarian and I had good options.
