To be specific, the hotel owner and the manager are superb people as the hospitality I received from them is top notch.. The owner picked me up from the airport upon request and has been very supportive throughout my stay at Metas Hotel and spa, I would say it's worth meeting him.. The manager is friendly and caring. She made my stay feel like home to me. She arranged for me taxis to ensure I don't miss my appointment. The meals are delicious, the hotel is located in a good and safe place with a good view of the city. Wifi is perfect, reliable power, a very clean environment and spa. The hotel aides are excellent servants. I enjoyed my stay!

The property is beautiful , clean , well located , the bed was so comfortable , they have hot shower and the view from the room is BREATHTAKING. The best view of my life ( and I’ve been to 57 countries so imagine ! ) Great value for your money … if it were anywhere else in the world that hotel could charge at least 10 times more ! All The staff were absolutely lovely and they all made my staying so much more easier and comfortable . I felt safe as a female solo traveler and would recommend big time !

Το Gondar Hills Resort είναι σε Γκοντάρ, 2,8 χλμ μακριά από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Fasilida's Bath και 2,9 χλμ από Kuskuam Palatial stone complex Second castle. Έχει βεράντα και μπαρ. Everything was perfect and this is, honestly, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed! Rooms are huge, very clean, very comfy beds with different pillow types.The views from the hotel are astonishing. Hotel staff was very kind and going extra mile to help.Also the manager, Mrs Miracle is such a great person. I will for sure use this hotel on all my trips to Gondar!

Excellent location which is 15 minutes walk or a short tuktuk ride from the beautifully carved churches of Lalibela .The room were very clean , spacious, comfortable beds and have a very good bathroom .The owner and all the staff were very hospitable and accommodating.They organized a wonderful tour to Lalibela churches and outside.The wifi was fast and stable and the view is beautiful. I highly recommend Zan-Seyoum Hotel Lalibela to anyone who wants to visit Lalibela.

The hotel is located in the center of Lalibela.It was clean , spacious and we had a wonderful stay! Birhan made all the arrangements perfectly about our transfer from the airport , the visit to the unique churches and our meals. The hospitality we had was memorable! The owner so gentle and hospitable. Definetely we recommend it for anyone that wants to visit Lalibela!

Beautiful views. Friendly and very helpful staff. Also well situated, literally across the road from the Palaces.
