Their hospitality truly enhanced my experience. The location of the hotel is perfect—right in the heart of Yerevan. During my stay, there was a charming Christmas Village set up just in front of the hotel, which added a magical holiday atmosphere. The area is also surrounded by plenty of restaurants, offering a variety of delicious options just a short walk away. My room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and wonderfully warm—an ideal retreat after a day of exploring the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Express Yerevan for its perfect combination of great location, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations. I can’t wait to return!

Personal des Hotels ist stets bemüht, dass die Gäste sich wohl füllen. Bei der Ankunft haben mich persönliche Begrüßung (eine Grußkarte), Wasser und Obstschale im Zimmer erwartet. Da ich aufgrund des Fluges in der Nacht abgereist bin und nicht frühstücken könnte, wurde mir ein Lunch-Box vorbereitet. Auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste wird geachtet, Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top! Ich komme gerne wieder.
