All the staff was very helpful, speaking many languages so the communication was not at all a problem. The place is perfectly located and will definitely stay there again when in SD.

The reception guys were so great, the waiters at the restaurant of the hotel are very friendly. English speakers which is not that common in Dominican Republic. Food is nice and the hotel itself is like in the middle of paradise. Very private and chill. The rooms are very good and quiet. Would definitely recommend to stay here, fair price in my opinion for the stay and the services (Jakuzi and meals). They even have like a small garage and helped us with our car which had a problem. Amazing staff members and place. Thank you so much 🙏🏼🫶

Denne lejlighed ligger i Cabarete i Puerto Plata-provinsen, 300 meter fra Encuentro Strand. I don't usually leave reviews but the staff and service here were just so wonderful. We were traveling with our one-year-old baby and everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cater to us. By the end of our stay every staff member knew our baby's name and would share big smiles and games with him - it was so nice. Even the cleaning and maintenance staff went out of there way to be friendly. Thank you in particular to Noel, Juan Carlos, Angelo, Angie, Marley, and Brandon at Parallel Surf - GEMS! We stayed in a beach bungalow and I would recommend it if you want to be closer to the beach and have a little more privacy.
