The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful and always open and available. The bathrooms and showers were kept very clean throughout the day/night, every day. The location was perfect and was close to everything (Metro, Starbucks, Luckin, Manner Coffee, 711, etc.) There is also a restaurant located beneath the hotel. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai.

Zhangjiajie Utopia Hotel features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Zhangjiajie. Very helpful receptionist Lily, a good English speaker, very friendly and purchase on our behalf all entrance tickets to the scenery sites in the area, as well as helping us with transport facilities. The room was very big with nice view.

It's the only one in Zhangjiajie and you have the view of the spectacular sunset and sunrise. The hotel manager is so nice and he met all our requirements. They also have a wonderful chef and cook wonderful meals. And yes, living in the scenic area can make sure that you avoid all tourists and enjoy the view yourself.
