My recent stay at Tanoa Tusitala hotel in Apia exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. Despite my early morning arrival, they accommodated me with a seamless check-in process, which was incredibly helpful after a long flight. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a peaceful retreat after a busy day of work. The hotel's central location made it convenient for accessing key business areas and local attractions during my downtime. What truly stood out was the exceptional level of service provided by the friendly and attentive staff. Whether it was arranging transportation or providing recommendations for dining options, they were always willing to assist with a smile. Overall, Tanoa Tusitala hotel is the perfect choice for business travelers seeking convenience, comfort, and top-notch service. I highly recommend it and will certainly be returning on my next visit to Apia.

Dette familiedrevne hotel ligger ved foden af navnet Mount Vaea, 950 m fra Apias centrum. Vaea Hotel Samoa har bar, udendørs swimmingpool omgivet af en frodig tropisk have samt værelser med balkon. Vaea Hotel owners Lupe and Dean were gracious, friendly and informative hosts. They went above being hosts, they made you feel like part of their family rather than just a guest! Always smiling and happy. Breakfast was always fresh and great tasting! Farm fresh eggs done different ways, pancakes, toast, coconut jam, peanut butter, jams, marmalade, a fresh variety of fruit and alot of other good food, some being baked goodies such as coconut filled buns, so yummy! The Samoan coffee was an added bonus of tasting great. In the morning, the setting was peaceful and relaxing with the many flowers, plants and bushes with the birds singing. Dean and his son Shane made very good margaritas, a definate must try! A clean hotel with a lovely family owning and running it. Moatoga Hotel er et familieejet hotel, som ligger midt i Apia. Hotellet ligger kun 5 minutters kørsel fra Apias centrum og 30 minutters kørsel fra Faleolo Internationale Lufthavn. I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and during my stay, I unfortunately broke my foot. From the moment it happened, the staff, particularly Fou and Ben, went above and beyond to take care of me. Ben called the ambulance, gave me his crutches (!), and Fou accompanied me to the hospital and stayed with me the entire time, offering incredible support and comfort. The whole team felt like family—checking on me constantly while I was confined to my room for three days due to the injury. They also ensured I had everything I needed, from transportation to meals. I was truly amazed by the level of personal attention and care I received throughout my stay. This wasn’t just customer service; it felt like genuine compassion. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, especially if you're looking for a place where the staff genuinely care about your well-being. They turned what could have been a difficult situation into a much more manageable and even heartwarming experience.
