The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful especially Ahmad. Great location, clean rooms. I certainly will repeat my stay.

If I could give this hotel 11/10 I would. The owner and receptionist were wonderfully welcoming, even by Jordanian standards and couldn't do enough to make my too short stay pleasant. Dinner was excellent and copious and they organised an excellent early breakfast for me as well. The hotel is very conveniently located for the sites in Madaba and was quiet. The room is spacious and very clean, the shower pressure good and the aircon/heating worked well. The hotel is clearly decorated with love and run by a lovely family - I would recommend it unreservedly.

They organized a trip to Wadi Rum for us, which was fantastic. All the staff members were very nice and helpful!
