It’s a well managed 4 star hotel with good receptionists. I stayed there for 3 nights, and had a good stay. Breakfast was good, and they changed menu every day. Room was quiet and spacious, but most of all, the hotel staff gave me a welcoming feeling. Near the entrance, there is a tour desk. The manager, Yasar is a honest and very care about how to make my days better. Very organized tour, and I enjoyed. Highly recommended.

This family-run boutique hotel has the nicest, most caring staff you will ever experience. They bend over backwards to make you feel comfortable and at home, and they will do so with a friendly smile. The location is right in the city center on a main street, but we didn't hear any of the street noise, which was a great benefit. You can comfortably walk to the historical / tourist area within 7 minutes. There you can explore all that Madaba has to offer. Our stay was on a rainy and cold night, and the heating system in the room worked perfectly, so that we had a very nice and toasty experience staying there. The hotel fills your fridge with free drinks and also supplies you with free nuts and snacks. It is a very nice gesture that was much appreciated. The breakfast is phenomenal. There is an amazing choice and everything was freshly made, clean and extremely tasty. The staff was extremely friendly and made sure that we got everything that we needed.

Luciana Hotel by BRATUS ligger i Aqaba, 1 km fra Al-Ghandour Strand, og har restaurant og udsigt over byen. We stayed 4 days at this hotel (one day at the start of our vacation and 3 last days of the vacation). Both times we got an upgrade which we really appreciated. Besides, we got an early check in and late check-out. The staff member Mr. Mohammad was polite, sociable and helpful. He booked us the entrance to the private Berenice beach club (which I highly recommend) for 3 days (a complimentary shuttle from the beach club-each time it took around 30 min to get to the beach since it also included picking guests from different hotels). Our room was spacious, spotless, with a nice balcony overlooking the sea where we would spend late evenings with a cup of tea. We parked the car in front of the hotel. Actually, there were plenty of free parking spaces around. The location was good. A chemist's next door, a supermarket (a bigger one, debit/credit cards accepted) just 3 min walk on the right side, the local market down the street (for fruits since you barely get them in a supermarket) -around 7 min walk, a nut shop (a variety of nuts, excellent quality) - a 5 min walk and finally the local beach was max 10 min walk. The breakfast was quite varied, with yogurts, vegetables tasty omelettes. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Once back, we would not hesitate to book it again.

The view from the hotel is really beautiful. The owner and staffs are very friendly and kind. They helped me to arrange a tax, guide, and so on. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great beach location, with a diving center co-located right there. A wide range of facilities in addition to diving - beach, gym, and spa as well. They also offer a good buffet breakfast. What we like most about the hotel is the personal management touch - it's not like some of the bigger hotels/resorts in Aqaba. Management is very attentive and focused on making sure you have an excellent stay.
