Built in 1903, the iconic Taj Mahal Palace stands majestically opposite the Gateway of India, overlooking the Arabian Sea. it was a perfect getaway in the heart of Mumbai Staying at the Taj didnt feel like we were in Mumbai. The staff, the ambiance and the service were all extremely well managed and a blissful experience.

Wonderful place, great ambience and excellent staff. Room was excellent and very well kept up. Restaurants and food spread was very nice. Housekeeping staff were very courteous and always a step ahead to ensure our comfort. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again. A few staffs who need special mention- 1) Avani (Food and Beverages)- Looked after us really well during breakfast and dining visits. 2) Minakshi and Syeda (Front office)- Very helpful during check in and check out. Minakshi went out of the way to send steamer and ginger/honey drink to the room to ensure quick recovery of our daughter who was having cold and stuffiness. 3) Dohwa and Monalisha (In room services)-Great Service. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It is a little outside of the main part of Vrindavan, which was a plus for me. I appreciated being away from the energy of the town and the hotel is in a cleaner and quieter residential area. The food is excellent, and the staff super helpful and accommodating.
