I am a very demanding person but i could not find fault in it in anyway! English spoken very well. Fantastic decor. The rooms were at exactly the right temperature. Excellent view of the town and mountains. Double bed and the room and bathroom were as clean as if they were brand new. I would highly recommend it. A nice and quite varied breakfast with unlimited excellent personally made coffee. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Everything is perfect. Very comfortable, the staff is amazing and welcoming. We always felt welcomed and refreshed. The restaurant is amazing, great food and views.

Staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is great. Good selection of breakfast. Modern room fittings.

Tento pohodlný hotel naleznete v centru střediska Pas de la Casa, v blízkosti lyžařského resortu Grandvalira. Just had 2 nights stay here to visit family. We did not ski but plenty of people were who were staying at the hotel did. Hotel is located at the top end of town right by all the shops. No bars so very quiet, which is what we wanted. Marianne checked us in and our booking came with breakfast. Marianne showed us to the room and had put the heating on, so it was toasty warm. This was excellent customer service for me. The rooms have a lovely balcony with exceptional views. Day 1 was dry and clear, so perfect to sit and people watch. There is a fridge in the room, which you can put in whatever you want. Tea was available and a small kettle with 2 bottles of water. It’s a 5 minute walk to the ski lifts, maybe longer carrying skis etc. The hotel is really clean. Plenty of choice at breakfast, which is served in the bar, which yes is petit after the name. A lovely lady made us a coffee and we had a choice of the following:- fresh orange juice, cereal, yoghurts, fruit bowl, and ham cheese. Butter jam etc. Fresh bread which was four different choices. A selection of teas. There was scrambled egg and bacon as well. Also a selection of fresh pastries. I have to say I was very impressed, as we had read too many reviews on other hotels, which are closer to the lifts but also to the nightlife, which made us a bit weary. The reviews we did read made us book the Petit Hotel and we are glad we did. If you stay after reading this, I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. We live in rural France, after living in a city for many years in the UK, so we do prefer peace and quiet. We had a bath in our room and bathrobes that all added to the experience.
