Rooms were clean , The beds were comfortable and we were able to relax after a long flight. The shuttle service was great and at good intervals.

Situated centrally in Yiwu International Trade City, it is only a 15-minute walk from the Phase 1-3 of the Trade City while Phase 4-5 is a 3-minute drive away. The hotel feels like more than a home I feel very warm in the hotel W

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful and always open and available. The bathrooms and showers were kept very clean throughout the day/night, every day. The location was perfect and was close to everything (Metro, Starbucks, Luckin, Manner Coffee, 711, etc.) There is also a restaurant located beneath the hotel. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai.

The people at reception were super kind and helpful. Lily spoke very good English and make communication very easy. They helped me plan my time in Zhangjiajie. They also provided free drop to nearby locations.

You stay right in the middle of the park so don't need to queue up for the buses/cable cars every morning. The staff were helpful and helped with route finding. Only thing is you should leave enough time to arrive: the park closes at 17:30, so you have to be able to get through the gates by then.

The communication with the staff is really nice. They are very polite and helpful. They always gave us some suggestions on travelling to the certain locations, tourist areas. Our room was really nice, like old fashion style with a nice smell of wood which was really pleasant. The inn is well located and all the tourist places are really close. We really enjoyed the stay a lot.

Hotel lobby housed gallery of art and literature collections plus a multi-storeyed book and gift shop for guests to browse and pick up a book or two. Staff were courteous and helpful. Indeed, the best decision we made to book Mumian Hotel.
