Reception guy Sarvar is very good. He helped us with so many things and also suggested us to visit places. We also had very good late-night conversation about culture and life in Samarkand. A brilliant kid I wish him best of luck.

The Art Royal is relatively short drive from Airport. The level of quality of the facilities is excellent. The foyer is inviting and friendly. From the lift and walkway to room has a fresh and modern feel. The room is well equipped and very comfortable. The bathroom again very modern, clean and of high standard. Breakfast was everything you could want excellent buffet with plenty of options all well presented and replenished constantly by Staff. The Hotel reception was first class. I have stayed previously at more expensive and totally disgusting hotels with terrible dirty very old and run down facilities without any breakfast. I can not get over the exceptional hospitality and service at the Art Royal. I travel alot and rarely write reviews but I was compelled to do so now. I was just overnight and connecting to a flight in afternoon. I went to ask for late check out for 12 pm and was again pleasantly surprised to find that this was the norm check out time. I am so used to to Hotels having checkout from 10-11am . I was only overnight this visit but on my next travels to Tashkent I will definitely be considering a few nights at Art Royal Hotel again.
