The room was spacious and comfy. Everything was very nice. The staff were very friendly too. Staff (like Prajwol) made you feel welcome. It was very nice to have a drink and a little chat on the rooftop common space.

The hotel arranged a fantastic tour of Kathmandu and the surrounding areas for me. The food in the restaurant is delicious, and I highly recommend it. I will gladly stay at this hotel whenever I am in Kathmandu!

I informed the hotel via booking.com to inform that my bus is very late. It was 12 midnight and I had someone waiting at pohkara bus stop to pick me up. AND they were extremely responsive via the chat It was reassuring :) Extremely grateful. :) The hotel is just walking distance from phewa lake. On the roof top you can see machaprae mountain if the skies are clear. From my balcony I had a view if the lake. :)
