Ještě nikdy jsem se nesetkal s tak vlídným přístupem personálu k řešení našich potřeb (dřívější ubytování, bonusová snídaně, transfer z letiště a na letiště, snídaně v podobě balíčku. Snídaně jsou skvělé. Poloha hotele je výborná, hned u metra. Pokoj byl velký. Velká koupelna. Velmi pohodlné postele a příjemné povlečení. Personál na recepci byl úžasný.

This place is right beside Republic Square so it’s easy to get around from there. Rooms were really nice, quiet and clean. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. My husband casually mentioned that we were there for our anniversary and within an hour a fruit basket was delivered to our room. Husband forgot his razor and they gave him a complimentary one. I highly recommend.

During my stay, there was a charming Christmas Village set up just in front of the hotel, which added a magical holiday atmosphere. The area is also surrounded by plenty of restaurants, offering a variety of delicious options just a short walk away. My room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and wonderfully warm—an ideal retreat after a day of exploring the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Express Yerevan for its perfect combination of great location, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations. I can’t wait to return!

Super poloha. Hotel se nachází ve vnitrobloku, takže byl v pokojích klid. V koupelně byly neustále doplňovány hygienické pomůcky, dokonce i kartáček na zuby. Každý pokoj má elektronické značení toho, zda chci uklidit pokoj či nikoliv.
