Molt bona ubicació a la ciutat, al casc antic.
Ens van deixar triar habitació i la de l' última planta era fantàstica. Tot molt net i amb molts detalls.
I finalment, el personal excel.lent, la propietaria, va ser meravellosa, molt atenta i ens va ajudar amb el garatge de cotxe. Parking al davant, de pagament, vigilat tot el dia i barat.

Molt especialment el tracte humà super amable i hospitalari de tot el personal. A destacar l’atenció de l’Alpaj, amb un bon francés, que és el cambrer del restaurant de l’hotel, un dels millors entre els tradicionals de Prizren.
Molt ben situat. La terrassa de l’habitació té unes vistes magnífiques.
L'apartament és petit però l'espai està molt ben aprofitat i té de tot. El lavabo estava net. La propietària és una senyora molt amable i hospitalària i ens va acollir molt bé. A més, l'apartament és al centre històric de Prizren.
