Great staff, location, and atmosphere. I'd stay here again. It was a great spot for a couples getaway with easy Uber rides all around San Juan.

Jarod and the team provided excellent customer service. My flight was delayed by 12 hours and Jarod provided reassurance and simple instructions to enter the property - even though I wasn’t arriving until 7am! The room was clean and the bed so comfortable! Amazing stay thank you

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was truly exceptional, thanks to Victor, who made it a memorable experience. He brought the meal with such joy and passion, describing each dish in detail. The coffee was perfectly brewed with just the right touch of spices, and the peaceful atmosphere added to the charm.

Turtle Bay Inn is a well planned property both simply and efficiently decorated, impeccably clean and replete with a very relaxing outside bar and swimming pool. All of the above makes viable reason to choose Turtle Bay HOWEVER…. It is the staff, especially manager Angel, that makes you crazy NOT to stay here. Nautilus by La Jamaca Hotels-Downtown La Parguera is set in Lajas, within 26 km of Guanica Dry Forest and 1.4 km of La Parguera BioBay. 💯 Recommended!!...Amazing place in Parguera. Love the location and the staff is very friendly. Johanna Montalvo was super nice with us.
