We greatly appreciated the staff's flexibility as the room we originally booked had a very low ceiling which wouldn't accommodate my very tall husband. They cheerfully moved us to a bigger room with a high ceiling overlooking the canal. The room was lovely, spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was large and modern. The staff were exceptional.
