Set in Sovata, 1.2 km from Ursu Lake, HOTEL CRYSTAL WELLNESS & SPA superior offers accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a restaurant. I really loved the decor, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent with so many choices. We had a meal at the restaurant and the food was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I loved the pool and the spa, very clean, nice temperature, great choices of 4 different types of sauna. The location is great in walking distance from the lake. Overall great experience, would not hesitate to return or recommend to friends and family

Although the hotel was revamped and reopened in year 2022, it feels like it was barely open for 3 months! I love the modern facilities in the hotel, especially the room.

Reception staff were both exceptional, so welcoming & helpful.
