The food was really tasty, I love the quality and freshness of food. There is a scope to improve the hospitality feel of the people. Add female workforce, be polite and friendly and problem solving. There was no kettle in the room to prepare tea or hot water. We paid almost 17000 rupees, at least we were expecting water to be served free. The breakfast options were just 2, which was disappointing.
Bonus review point:
People come to such seclude places to feel the rural life, I see there were so many mango trees with mangoes and obvious expectation is to pluck some mangoes from trees, we were not allowed to pluck mangoes at all. Which was little awful. You can charge for mangoes and sell to the customers they would be more than happy in buying them.

Hilltop location with a great view of sea and the lake. The rooms are spacious and it was neat and clean. It’s a good place to relax with your friends and family and if you are a dog lover, this place is dog friendly. The highlight of this resort for me is our little friend Jack who is really friendly and shows you around overall my experience was really amazing and I loved it and I’m waiting for my next visit to this place.
They denied our booking upon reaching there. They said they never received our booking.
We were left with no option but spending 3/4 hours in finding a decent place to stay. The resort's management said it's not their fault that they don't have our booking. It's all booking.com's mistake.
We know they lied. They had approved our request of one extra bed meaning they had received our booking. Extremely disappointing. Absolutely unprofessional behavior of betelnut resort management.
Pet friendly place,they have arranged food for my pet. Staff is friendly.Jack(resort dog) is the highlight. It guides us to near by lake and it happily swims in the lake. Also their ocean view rooms have good view.
I had a wonderful stay at Exotica Beach Retreats. The location was absolutely picturesque and beautiful, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway. The food served at the resort was delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the meals. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Exotica for a peaceful vacation.

The Resort is beautiful. It's a 10 min walk to the beach. We went when it was raining in July The good part was we were the only family in the resort and on the beach 🙂.
