The staff was very welcoming since checking in until checkout. Mr Serkan the guest relations manager was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The location was very good although there was little snow around the hotel we had to go to zone 1 Karkay to enjoy the snow activities but we enjoyed the facilities in the hotel. Unfortunately the day we checked out that’s when it snowed!

You have given us no room for complaints. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, our luggage was brought to our room. We did not have to worry about our meals as they were delivered to our room, Our Group was delighted with the room’s interior design and has decided to come here next year as well for a vacation.
