Location was not good and no options to roam around,this hotel is only for official purpose
Smelling in the corridor as this lodge is in 11th floor and ventilation
We travelled from a long distance to the lodge. They refuse to let us in, saying the rooms are filled.. We reach there by late night. But they did not show any concern.. Without any responsibility they said rooms are not there. Totally disappointed.. They did not bother about booking.com mail or message
As per my booking we are two at the age of 68and 64 we are on the way to USA stayed.As per the booking you stay one only second person extra 750rs or contact Booking.com at the time what can I do and AC with big noise not effective service. The only good is they spared one boy for handling material from lift to lodge and back but I lost rs 750 . very sorry.
The staff was friendly and helpful enough.
But there was a limit to what they could do.
The apartment was converted to small lodges but worst experience ever
I like nothing about this hotel other than the location. Please avoid staying here. Even lodges and 1 star hotels would be better than staying at the Clarion Hotel President.
