I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of visiting Cape Town. Exceptional and I can't wait to come back.
It's a very tranquil hotel, as a woman travelling on my own I felt very safe and taken care of by every member of staff, particularly the Duty Manager's who went out of their way to make sure I made the most of time in SA. The food and wine was excellent and I would recommend pre-booking breakfast and dinner, you will not be disappointed. The facilities and amenities were stunning and I would thoroughly recommend staying at Maison Noir, I loved the living room it felt very homely and I really enjoyed having an outdoor shower. I didn't hire a car and travelled around using the hotel's drivers/ recommended companies.

Very lovely place to stay. Need a car to get around but some really lovely places close by. Room was great (and got an upgrade), log burners are a nice touch and needed in the winter months we found.
