We liked everything. The setup of the house was gorgeous. They must add more photos of the house to attract more people. They must include a video of the house under information, if it's allowed, though...

Staff was very friendly although there seemed to be an issue with our booking, we booked for 4 and they only had 2, they quickly resolved it but then I felt the rooms we got where not set up properly, 1 had mini soaps and things the other had a mini bar but not both rooms where prepared equally. It was clean, the units very new and big had high quality bedding and towels.

Our first impression when we walked in was that it looked very presentable, clean, neat and like it had all the amenities. The bedroom had no views because all the sea views are only from the dining area. The accomodation is central and close to surrounding towns. The wifi was not working for the first 3 days, the place was not thoroughly cleaned, it had small spiders, spiderwebs and tiny cockroaches. The security there is very poor because our car was broken into and valuables stolen. The room door does not have a security gate and the room does not lock easily, the bathroom needs a shelf by the hand wash basin for toothbrushes and hand soap. The stove did not work and we told the ladies that worked there but they did not bother about it. The shower and hand wash basins were clogged. The manager and the owner were only reachable by phone and never once apologised for any of our concerns or complaints. The bed is very hard and has a hard DIY base, a real bedbase would have been better.

Saldanha is a beautiful place to visit or live, the people are amazingly kind and the place has beautiful beaches and for those who love nature this place is a must visit. There are alot of things you can do for the duration of you stay there. There is a Mystery Room fun to be. The food at the local restaurant is perfect and it’s easy to get around.

Good food but restrictions on choices by swopping out menus with buffet led us to eat elsewhere.R35 compulsory charge for any room service deters visitors. Excessive jetski noise close to rooms a negative especially when wake speed was not observed in an harbour area.
Great friendly helpful staff

Saldanha Bay is one of the most tranquil and clean towns to visit - it has pristine beaches and the scenery all around Saldanha Bay is exceptional - it definitely offers one of the most special sunrises one could ever experience. The food on offer in Saldanha Bay is excellent.

We were absolutely amazed at the extra activities laid on by this establishment. Our stay was to celebrate our sons 11 birthday and to our amazement there were additional food stalls (Braai party) in place for all the guests to enjoy on Saturday as well as a Jumping castle and a Magic Show for all the kids!!! My family and especially our son Joshua were "Blown Away"! what an amazing hotel with untold extras and the Staff....well I can only say please rate this Hotel as 5 STAR!

We enjoyed the hotel as it had a great view.
We enjoyed the hotel as it had a great view. The restaurant does not cater for Muslim’s. Therefore it would be great if they had a communal kitchen on every floor with a microwave, and toaster. The facility offers a kettle in the room and they will also put a refrigerator in the room if asked. Great service from the hotel reception.
The staff, cleanliness, beautiful view from our room and that there was a Halaal breakfast (as per my request) / buffet breakfast were great. The staff made it extra special when they surprised my husband on his birthday by singing "happy birthday" and serving him with a delicious slice of cake and a sparkler :-). We will definitely return and recommend Saldanha Bay Hotel to family and friends.
The hotel is value for money. It is not a 5-star hotel, but everything is clean.
The staff is extremely friendly en helpful. The restaurant serves good food. The sjef catered for special dietary requirements. We had a good visit.
