Friendly and fast check-in. Hotel was well decorated and modern and very nice and clean. Although room is small, for 1 night it was a good stay. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Would definitely book again for a quick visit to the city/Montecasino. Had a small kettle and coffee available to make in room. Also menu with some good choices to order for room service.
The location of the hotel was great. There were lots of options for food and beverage in the Montecasino complex connected to the hotel. The hotel breakfast was nice and the staff were lovely. It was nice to have access to the small fitness room downstairs as well.
Frankly, this hotel ticked ALL the boxes. I have problems with hotel beds. NOT HERE! AWESOME. Breakfast included and excellent choice including a chef to cook eggs. Location superb. Staff, ALL uber friendly and not familiar (familiarity breeds contempt - not here). Grate choice of restaurants in Montecasino and across the road in Pineslopes Centre. The hotel resataurant is very good too, room service or the restaurant. My next stay in JHB will be here. Look no further.
This is a very beautiful hotel, we were located in room 212 on the first floor, with two double beds, I was traveling with my mother. Breakfast was good with plenty of selections from buffet or a la carte menu, rooms and beds comfy, staff were super friendly and always willing to help you out. I will stay again for sure. right next to Montecasino with restaurants and small shops, about 20 minute drive outside Johannesburg and fourways mall is 5 minute drive away for more shopping. For a 5 star hotel it was very affordable and 5 star service.
