Its value for money and its in a nice quiet area and one can rest without disturbances from noises in the neighborhood or motor bikes racing at night and neither do you get noise from trucks and buses on major roads. Their internet worked well and DSTV setup gives you freedom of choice as you get your own decoder.

We went looking for birds, and found the Polokwane Bird Sanctuary terribly run down with sewerage flowing into the dam that the birds are supposed to be living in. There were a few birds there, but not nearly what there should be. It is sad that no one makes an effort to address this problem which can be solved. This could be a great tourist attraction for birders and generate revenue for the locals.

Coming from Zimbabwe we generally overnight in Polokwane en route to Johannesburg. We enjoy the facilities in Polokwane that provide for our agricultural requirements, since we are farmers, and the Mall provides for our shopping needs.
However, there are no decent restaurants in Polokwane. Most are chain restaurants and the service is poor, menus are unchanged and the food isn't great.
Further shopping in Polokwane central is always avoided due to the high incidence of crime.

Loved the place and Lady D was so special from the warm and friendly welcome, to her making sure I had everything I needed. It was like visiting an old friend. I really couldn't have asked for more.
The rooms are super clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money.
I do visit Polokwane regularly and definitely will stay at Lady D's again and also will recommend her venue to family, friends and colleagues. Thank you Lady D!
Firstly, meeting Kelvin during the check-in was such a pleasurable experience. He was so warm and welcoming and truly made us feel at home. The facilities were really beautiful and the hotel is well maintained and clean. Breakfast was delicious, and Violet was such an accommodating waitress. Overall, this experience was enjoyable and we will definitely be back.
