The room was clean and bed comfy. The bathroom was also very neat and clean. During our stay it was nice and quite so we could get a decent nights rest. We were offered breakfast however due to our time table we were not able to enjoy that.
The rooms were also serviced daily and left neat and clean. The complimentary bottles of water in the mini fridge daily, was a nice gesture.

The host,Trudie, was very welcoming and friendly. She went the extra mile to setup a turn down for our first night as a married couple, which my wife was very impressed by and found to be very romantic. Trudie made sure that our room had everything we required and that we were completely satisfied with our stay. The experience was amazing! I would definitely recommend staying at the Coral door anytime and to anyone.

It's a really beautiful place and would love to visit again.
It's a really beautiful place and would love to visit again. The views are gorgeous and there is so much to do. My daughter enjoyed the aqua world at Emerald resort, definitely check it out.
My only displeasure was the transport situation, there was no uber in the place which made it difficult to get around, and I had to book my trip to the airport in advance, which was expensive. However, there are taxis available.

a complete waste of time as the resort was not as promoted and listed, and no bedding or towels were available from the time we checked in right up to the point (housekeeping) we checked out early. Very very unhappy with the poor service at the resort. the reception staff is the only positive and super helpful staff that tried there best to keep us from not booking out. this is so unacceptable that such a highly rated resort can have such bad service. esspecially with the most important part, the ROOM......BEDDING AND TOWELS!!!! we booked time away and planned this in high spirits to come and be so unhappy about the money we spent. nevermind the dissapointment. I really wonder in this review will make a difference and even get any attention.

The staff at the reception was very friendly. A few things need fixing in the room such as the mat as it is old and the headboard. They need to install one that's suitable for that bed, not combine 2 small ones.
The restaurant needs to do better. The food is just too basic for such a big hotel. They can't even make a simple burger and wings. The service is very poor.

The property was much better than expected and the room...
The property was much better than expected and the room definitely so. The facilities are a little outdated but they are upgrading the property and the gardens are well tended and the pool sparkling clean. The room we were in was newly painted, the bed and bedding was new and everything was spotlessly clean. The menu variety is not huge but will cater for most tastes, and the food was really good, including the breakfast, and excellent value for money. The staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back, we wanted to extend our stay for another night but they were fully booked !. Really enjoyed our stay.

Their roads are terrible 😞, there is need for road maintenance. Potholes that are unavoidable and this is so dangerous especially at night.Some of Street lights not working.Littering is worse, it clears shows that waste management service by the municipality is zero.
Loved the view from the 3rd floor overseeing the pool, restaurant and river.
The cleanliness of the room and hotel. Friendliness of the waiters. The fact that day visitors cannot access the pool area unless hotel guest bands are provided, this ensures the pool area and pool is not crammed as guests for the Aqua Lounge usually come into the area to take pics etc.
The breakfast menu is unsurpassed, from the excellent coffee to the wide range of dishes. we also enjoyed an early dinner (sadly, the kitchen closes at about 15h00 so you are encouraged to take a late lunch or an early dinner). But, oh boy! Superb is insufficient to describe the food. Look no further for an fantastic restaurant in Three Rivers, Vereeniging.
