It is the best value for money considering the location. Rooms are clean and neat and have everything one would need. I love the little plungers instead of instant coffees. Aircons worked well. Lifts were a bit congested at times, but there is the emergency staircase for the inpatient travellers like myself. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, there are so much options down the road with a fantastic view. All and all, I would definitely recommend the hotel to any traveller.

Although the hotel is rated 3* l have stayed in 4* hotels that do not compare... from arrival to check-out staff were friendly, courteous and professional. The location is perfect, directly opposite the aquarium...The hotel has conference, meeting facilities which do not affect guests due the hotel being vast....Breakfast is excellent, with good choice, l wouldn't hesitate staying there again...
