Arrive early to avoid the (human) crowds. Parking can be difficult in the middle of the day. The penguins are a delight. They're accustomed to humans, so they lounge around as if you're not even there.

Amazing location with wonderful views over False Bay. Very comfortable and stylish accommodation. Our second stay both at Boulders Beach House and in Simons Town and we hope to visit again.
We loved our little studio looking over Boulders Beach so much that we ordered takeout because we didn’t want to leave our view! The owner was incredibly sweet. You can’t beat the walk down to the penguin beach.
This place is a gem. This is a cozy little boutique hotel right steps from the famous penguin boulders beach.

Where do I start! This was a beautiful property with a gorgeous view. The host (Kirsty) was exceptional and gave us lots of information as well as a very welcoming introduction.
This place is a hidden gem, minutes from boulders beach beach but even better, one minute away from another beach where you can observe the sunrise and sunset with the penguins without the crowds.
Great little touches such as international plugs provided and a welcome bottle of wine as well as an Easter chocolate on departure. You must stay here!
This place is perfectly located in Simon’s Town, waking distance to many restaurants and a short walk from Boulders Beach. The balcony and courtyard are perfect for enjoying the weather and people watching. The breakfast is simple but nice. And the people are very sweet!!
Beautiful view of the Simonstown harbor, wonderful breakfast with a view. The staff were all really friendly from check-in, breakfast to check out. It's central to the harbor, navy museum, restaurants and not far from Boulders Beach (penguin viewing). The decor is beautiful and everything is pristine. Hope to be going back soon.
Everything! we stayed in the water witch room, incredible views and very comfortable. the staff were the highlight of our stay, the property manager, the chef, security, cleaning team… everyone! they were fantastic and made us feel so special. we had a three course dinner with the chef, it felt so private and the food was 10/10. the quick access to boulders beach was the cherry on top
I really liked the uninterrupted ocean view via the 180° WINDOWS.
The location, it is quite, safe and the address is easily accessible.
I also liked that I could walk to the beach including boulders Beach.
