The service on arrival was good, with a welcome drink, and the staff personally showing us to our room. Beds were comfortable with breakfasts excellent with the staff quick to ask for any special eggs, or drinks. The roof top bar had a great view. The pool was smaller than in the photos, but still good for a dip. The gym was small but sufficient, was wiped down regularly, and provided water, towels and bananas. The restaurant downstairs had a limited wine menu, but a variety of food items on the menu, some of which could be made gluten free.

The staff was so nice from the moment I arrive, they even gave me snacks before I went on a day tour. If I had a problem, I would just tell them and they would try to fix it.

-The rooms are pretty decent. There's privacy curtains, lights, and outlets for each bunk. The mattress is pretty comfortable. AC in the room is really good.

-Staff is super helpful. You can walk in with no plan, and they'll help you figure out all your travel arrangements.

Great place to stay and highly recommended! I booked for the double suite room and it was very clean, large and has lot of natural light with window. The staffs are very nice friendly and constantly check on your needs and willing to help you anytime. Love the breakfast and it was very convenient to walk around the city center. Is just 1 mins walk to St. joseph cathedral. The room was sound proof as well and the neighborhood was quiet at night unlike some of the places in center of old quarter.
