The location is very good and convenient to restaurants and shopping. I also booked an overnight Ha Long Bay cruise through the hotel which was very convenient and an amazing experience. The staff here are super helpful and gave me amazing recommendations for food and spa.

The location is very good, it is just near the road, so it can be a bit risky which room you may get. But i got 701 which doensnt look at the main road and no noice. Sometimes i woke up other people noises but reception helped so quickly.
